On this video I do the burn in, first cook and quick review of my new Pit Boss Copperhead Vertical Smoker. I couldn’t wait to jump right in to cooking on this smoker, but I need to get it burned in and ready for it’s first cook. I wanted to cook something a bit challenging, so I chose a pork loin. Pork loins are easy to dry out and hard to get right. But this Pit Boss did not let me down, the loin came out juicy and perfect!
