Smoked beef ribs on a Masterbuilt Sportsman Elite these ribs was purchased from Nelson’s Meat Market in Cedar Rapids Iowa. I use Lumberjack pellets the pellets were made out of Oak wood hickory wood and Cherrywood also added some Mesquite. this was a very interesting flavor great smoke flavor but not too smokey. the beef ribs with seasoned with Cavender’s greek seasoning well as coffee or world that I picked up from no hippie BBQ and cooking. the Masterbuilt Sportsman Elite pellet cooker does a good job maintaining temperature and clean burning. please don’t forget to subscribe to my videos
