We’ve been anxious to get our hands on Weber’s first-ever pellet grill, and now we’re excited to share that experience with you. Grill Master Randy took the Weber SmokeFire EX6 for a spin as both a slow cooker and a searing machine. That task was made easier with the Weber Connect App, which pairs the SmokeFire with smartphones through either Wi-Fi or Bluetooth to give grillers complete command of their cook even from a distance. Whether through the app or the Weber Connect LCD display on the grill itself, you can dial in temperatures anywhere between 200 and 600 degrees Fahrenheit to perform a variety of cooking styles. Throw in quality construction, double-layered heat diffusion, and expert designs to prevent auger jams, and you’ve got a pellet grill worthy of the Weber name.

This is an overview of a new product, and we’ve become aware some users are experiencing difficulties using it. BBQGuys has an Expert Review that covers many of the issues.
