Spare ribs smoked on a Weber charcoal grill using the minion method. In this video I used one rack of spare ribs and, yellow mustard, and a dry rub that I will list the ingredients for below.

The first step was to remove the membrane and any extra fat from the ribs. My next step was to coat the ribs with yellow mustard, and then a very generous coating of the rub. I didn’t sauce these ribs but you can definitly do that if you wish (I generally do but sometimes a good rub and just that delicious rib flavor is all you need).

Once the ribs have been coated with rub, let them sit for about 15 to 20 minutes and let the rub set up. During this time prepare your grill. I will link to two videos below in case you need to know how to set your grill up.
