If you are wondering how to make smoked pork chops, it isn’t too hard. First you want to get a good seasoning or rub to coat these with. Then you want to put them in the refrigerator for an hour or longer before you put on the smoker. You can use any smoker, but I prefer to use a pellet grill which is also a pellet smoker. The pellet grill that I use is the Camp Chef Woodwind pellet grill. Some of the best pellets that I have found for smoking is the Lumberjack Competition Blend pellets. Preheat your grill to around 200-225. Smoke these for aprox. 60-80 minutes or until they reach your desired temperature. I finish these off on the sear box of the Woodwing grill so I can get a little more color on these! Then I brush on some BBQ sauce (Country Bob’s Barbecue sauce is my favorite) and then put back on the smoker for about 10 minutes so the BBQ sauce tacks up. Pull these off and enjoy them!
