Here’s a whole chicken I grilled on my Weber Jumbo Joe charcoal grill. It turned out pretty good, if I do say so myself. I’m kind of an amateur when it comes to cooking on a Weber kettle but I’m getting better. Having a thermometer in the hood of the grill, and one in the chicken, is the way to go.
