I started with a bag of frozen fries – straight from the grocery store. You could use any type of frozen fries, but the waffle fries work so well because they can get crispy.

You can use any type or rack to place your fries on – but the rack just makes it easier to move around. Get your smoker heated to 425 degrees and place the fries directly on the grate.

Allow the fries to cook for 10 minutes and then toss or flip. Please the fries back on the smoker for another 5-10 minutes (or when they reach your desired level of crispiness).

Remove these grilled fries and serve!
