These BBQ Ribs were made on my charcoal grill. I didn’t use any fancy aftermarket grill accessories. I placed my charcoal on one side of my grill and separated them using bricks. I used regular Kingsford charcoal and some apple wood from one of my apple trees. I also placed a few coals and apple wood directly under my ribs. I don’t think that I used enough charcoal directly under the ribs to get the direct grilled flavor I was looking for. Instead of using a BBQ sauce, I glazed them down with the liquid that was left in the foil. These barbecue ribs were a hit with the people I was making them for.
