I Took My Time To Show You How I Prepared One Of Those 6lb Rainbow Trout I Caught At Lake McAlpine!!! Seasoned Up With Slap Ya Mama, Old Bay, Garlic Salt, Black Pepper And Many More Spices!!! Filled With Butter Lemon Slices, Carrots, Onions And Mushrooms!!! I Used Charcoal And To Add Extra Flavor I Added Apple Wood Chips! I Smoked It For About 2hrs On Indirect Heat On The Charcoal Grill!!! I Tasted The Smoke And All The Flavors From The Spices And I Added Lemon Juice And Soy Sauce With Some White Rice!!! So Good You Gotta Try It!!!
