In this easy cooking video, I cook a whole chicken on my Weber Q 1200 portable gas grill. I brined the chicken overnight for about 12 hours. My brine recipe consisted of 1 gallon of water, 1 cup of kosher salt, and 1/2 cup of brown sugar. Then I sprinkled on The Rub from The J.
