Part Time BBQ grills up a wonderful Westholme Australian Wagyu Denver Steak on a Chimney Cartel style.
Steak was purchased at The BBQ HQ in Simi Valley California.
Seasoning used were Boars Night Out and P&L Steak.
Charcoal was B&B.
No electronics were used, gave the Thermopen and Big and Loud timer the night off.
