Ask any big game hunter what his/her favorite cut of meat is. Over 90% will tell you it’s the backstrap…the two strips of meat that sit on either side of the animals backbone. It’s a very long, solid fillet of meat that kicks up the taste buds of hunters around the world.
Tonight, I’ll show you a great way to cook backstrap. It’s been a while since I’ve had the Blackstone Charcoal Grill + Kabob so that’s how we’re going to do it.
The end results are outstanding!
