Today we will make a Turkey On the Pit Boss Pellet Grill. I’ll dry bine the turkey over night then spatchcock the turkey, inject it with Creole butter, season and then smoke the turkey on the pellet grill.
Using the spatchcock tehnique is a great way to speed up the cooking process.
