hi there, sorry for the jumpy camerawork. I put this thing together, was pretty excited, and jumped right into filming what I had done. When I was trying to figure out how to convert my propane turkey fryer, I thought there wasn’t a whole lot of info out there so I decided to post my video. My only regret is not adding adjustable brackets that I could use to adjust the height of the burner and hopefully avoid scorching my pot. That being said, it will probably work out just fine when I do brew. Below is a list of the main components I purchased for this project:

1. burner from Bayou Classic depot.com for about $30 + shipping (http://bayouclassicdepot.com/618ng-10-jet-natural-gas-jet-burner.htm)
2. turkey fryer from Canadian Tire for about $90 (http://www.canadiantire.ca/en/outdoor-living/bbqs-smokers-accessories/propane-deep-fryers/master-chef-aluminum-turkey-fryer-36-qt-0853230p.html?utm_campaign=bazaarvoice&utm_medium=SearchVoice&utm_source=AskAndAnswer&utm_content=Default)
3. 3/8” gas hose from Lowes for $35 (https://www.lowes.ca/grill-replacement-parts/char-broil-38-in-0375-in-x-10-ft-male-female-natural-gas-hose_g2450016.html?ProductSlot=9)

hope this helps. Send comments.
