I’ve been hearing about the pellet grills so I picked up the Traeger ‘Lil Tex Pellet Smoker from Costco for $499.00. It’s got a 20,000 BTU burner, a digital thermometer, electronic ignition, 416 sq inches of grilling space and, like most pellet grills, an auger fed pellet delivery system. The ultimate in “set it and forget it.” I’ll be posting more vids as I test this out on every kind of meat you can think of. I’m ready! MFinc
