Here is a Charcoal Grill that I converted into a Pellet Grill/Smoker using parts from SmokeDaddy.Inc. It’s now finished and this was my first run. Everything turned out PERFECTLY! I have since cooked wings, whole chickens, ribs, and even prime rib. All turned out better than I could have imagined.
