This video demonstrates how to smoke wings on a Pellet Smoker. I am using the Camp Chef Smokepro SG model.
The wings are kept whole and washed with a vinegar water solution. After the cleaning of the chicken, I season them with an Applewood rub, sea salt and black pepper (feel free to use whichever seasonings you would like that best fit your taste buds).
I set my smoker to 175 degrees F using hickory pellets (you can use whichever you like most) and smoked them for an hour. Then I set the temp to 275 F for another 35mins. I came back after 35 mins and flipped the wings. 45 mins later, the wings were ready to go. Since wings are very small and hard to probe, you can poke one of the wings with a thermometer all the way to the bone. Watch the juices that come out. If they run clear, then they are ready, if they run pink, then you need to let them cook a little longer.
