I smoked some double cut pork chops on the Oklahoma Joe’s Rider DLX pellet grill for two hours at 200F.
When the chops reached an internal temperature of 140F they were pulled from the pit and allowed to rest while the pellet grill was put into Sear mode.
The chops got a quick sear and were glazed with pepper jelly. These chops were Amazing!
