Cook Time: 40-45 minutes
Target Meat Temperature: 165 Degrees (F)
Grill: Traeger Texas Elite Wood Pellet Grill
Rub: John Henry’s Sugar Maple Rub
Sauce: Winger’s Original Amazing Sauce
Wood Pellets: Hickory

Step 1: Add rub to wings in mixing bowl
Step 2: Cover lid with foil then shake
Step 3: Set grill to 350 degrees (F)
Step 4: Set wings on grill then close lid
Step 5: Check on wings after 40 minutes (wing temperature should reach 165 degrees (f))
Step 6: Sauce wings in a mixing bowl
Step 7: Place wings back on grill to caramelize the sauce for 3-5 minutes
Step 8: Remove wings and enjoy!
