Smoked Brisket, Pork Spare Ribs, Baby Back Ribs, deer backstrap, Pork loin, and chicken quarters on the reverse flow smoker. We used a homemade beef rub, some GrillMates Applewood Rub, and a great Rub named Payne County Rust. I screwed up and forgot to get a clip of the finished food but you can see it was great!
