We used our Weber 26.75″ Charcoal Grill as an indirect smoker, cooking a beef chuck roast, low and slow with a few chunks of apple wood for smoke. We used the snake method of charcoal setup to achieve cooking temperatures of 250 to 275 for about 6 hours. Barbequed smoked beef sandwiches were delicious.
