I Grilled this Tomahawk Ribeye Steak on my Weber Kettle Grill using the Slow’N Sear attachment by Adrenaline Barbecue Company. This Ribeye Steak came in at around 2 pounds and 2 inches thick. While this 2 Inch Ribeye Steak was absolutely delicious it didn’t have quite the appearance I look for in my Grilled Steaks. I think that the combination of the temperature I was searing the Steak at along with the cast iron grill grates didn’t give me the grill marks that I’m accustomed to. If I was grilling this Ribeye Steak for myself, I wouldn’t have even thought about the lack of grill marks, but as we know YouTube needs to be a little more visual since everyone watching doesn’t have the luxury to taste the food.
