Reverse sear ribeye steak this video was inspired by 3 YouTuber collaboration video. The three Cooks names are Daddy Cooks ,No Hippie BBQ and Bad Beast BBQ, they did a YouTube cook collaboration on Tomahawk steaks. My local butcher did not have any Tomahawk steaks . My butcher was able to cut me a 2 and 9 oz ribeye steak up paired the states with black pepper and kosher salt. The steak was smoked use my Masterbuilt Sportsman Elite pellet Smoker at the temperature of 225 the parents I use was Oak Mesquite and Hickory when cherry. The steak was smoke until internal temperature of 115 after I placed steak on my Weber 22 inch Grill and sealed it a man that have per side until internal temperature reached 133 degrees.
