My Custom Built Smoker, built in a week in my parents garage, it has a 17×36 cooking/smoking surface. It has a removable cooking rack and drip pan that makes it a reverse flow, it also has 2 baffles welded in the lid to help with more even heat and smoke. Let me know what you think as I am considering building more and coming up with new ideas for a bigger smoker on a trailer..
