I made this Prime Rib Beef Rib Roast on my Weber Kettle Grill using the Slow “n Sear by Adrenaline BBQ Company. I cooked my Prime Ribeye Roast to 113 degrees internal temperature then seared it to develop some nice color.
During this cook I was testing out the BBQ Thermometer from Inkbird. This is absolutely the best meat thermometer that I have ever used. It is not only as advanced as you need it to be, but it is as basic as you need it to be as well. This BBQ Thermometer far exceeded my expectations. I will be doing a full review on this BBQ Thermometer soon.
