It is big enough for a brisket, or several racks of ribs or up to four chickens. For slow smokes, it is best to arrange the charcoal in a ring around the outside walls of the smoker. It is possible to do smokes lasting six hours without disturbing the charcoal. As a bonus, the stainless steel box contains a lot of circulating hot air that adds extra convection cooking power to your smoking project.
And finally, the Smoke N Go is a fantastic fire pit. It accepts full size logs. The fire can be large with up to five logs or small for just firing small pinon logs. The reason for the versatility is the large bottom and top vents. For small fires, keep the bottom vent closed. For large fires, open it up all the way.
