It Doesn’t get much easier than these Simple BBQ Pork Ribs Smoked on my Z-Grill Pellet Smoker. For my seasoning I went with a 60/40 mix of pepper and salt, then basted every hour with an East Carolina Barbeque Sauce.
I decided to cook these Ribs hot and fast to really test the Z-Grill Smoker. The Ribs took a little over 3 hours to be cooked to the tenderness I was looking for at 300 degrees for the main duration of the cook.
While I am a fan of 321 Ribs sometimes you have to go Old School and get down with a Basic Rib Recipe that lets the meat speak for itself.
