This oddly satisfying to watch slow motion 4k bone in ribeye beings seared after a 2 hour 40 minutes sous vide cook at 132.5 degrees. The grill was nice and hot and flamed up nice to help give a fast quick sear to seal in all the great tender flavor of the sous vide bone in ribeye for the entire family. Delicious!
