In this BBQ video, I cook a New York Steak on my Weber Kettle charcoal grill. I seasoned the steak with kosher salt and Johnny’s Seasoned Pepper. Then I cooked it indirectly on a 275 degree F grill until the internal temperature reached 120 degrees F. That took about 45 minutes. Then I seared the steak for about 1 minute on each side before I removed it from the grill.
