I got tired of my Camp Chef STX Pellet grill not getting hot enough and varying wildly in temperature. To solve the problem, I purchased the Smoke Daddy Pellet Pro PID controller. The installation was pretty easily accomplished, and now the temperature says where it is set, +/- 5 degrees. I am quite happy with this product.
