After 2 years…2 long years i get back in front of a grill. the Expert Grill Heavy Duty 24-Inch Charcoal Grill assembly had me scratching my head for about an hr. though. after looking at the instructions i realized that i had the 2 sides of the grill on the wrong side. i know that in the video i say that i grilled chicken and carne asada but decided to hold of on the carne asada for another day. over all i really liked the grill. for this video i had the charcoals a little bit over half way since chicken takes longer that a flap of meat. the real test will be on the next video where i will smoke a ham. be sure to subscribe to the channel so you wont miss out.
