Today we made BBQ Pork Butt on the RECTEC pellet grill for a Pulled Pork sandwich!!! In order to make this sandwich over the top we also made a homemade Alabama white sauce to top it with! We kept the smoker between 260 and 300 the entire time using apple pellets for the smoke flavor!

basic Alabama white sauce recipe:
2 cups mayo
1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Black pepper
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons garlic ( granulated )
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons horseradish or to taste
1 squeezed lemon juice
A decent splash of worchestchire
