Hey everyone, here is another video on just one of the many ways you can cook chicken leg quarters on your outdoor grill or smoker. In this cook, I kept my heat temps between 275 and 300 for about 2.5 hours. Of course there are ways you can cook them at higher temps at temps over 300 degrees which allows for crispier skin and a shorter cook but this technique is a little longer by ensures you a tasty, juicy, tender piece of meat when its down and some awesome color tones depending on your style.
