When it comes to cooking Briskets, I like to inject as it adds an additional layer of flavor and to make that job easier, I used the “Chops Power Injector”. This takes injection to another level and I won’t be going back to a single needle again.

Injection Marinade:
2 Cups of Beef Stock or Broth (Johnny’s)
1/4 Cup worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Bacon fat
