How To Make Ribeye Steaks on a Charcoal Grill

If you are going to make steak, make it ribeye. I believe it has the best flavor and very forgiving when making it on the grill. There is so much great marbleing, that’s where you get all the great taste and it remains juicy! Get creative, use your favorite seasonings. We don’t even need A1 sauce when we grill ribeye – it doesn’t need it!

Tip when using charcoal: Make sure the coals are white hot before putting your meat on the grill. 475 – 500 degrees or more is what I aim for.
