We cook a beautiful, crispy crust pizza in our Pit Boss Vertical Pellet Smoker. It is really easy to do.
You can use the flour of your choice but one of the best pizza dough mixtures we’ve ever used is the Delallo Italian Pizza Dough. We like this pizza dough kit because all you need to do is add warm water to the mixture and you have pizza dough ready to go in the smoker in about 45 minutes.
We also use the UNICOOK Heavy Duty Ceramic Pizza Stone. This is the perfect pizza stone for our Pit Boss Vertical Pellet Smoker because it is rectangular and fits perfectly on the smoker rack.
