In this video, I make some BBQ chicken on my Weber Kettle charcoal grill using the Slow ‘N Sear Plus. http://amzn.to/2t7OLsC I brined the chicken first for 4 hours. My brine recipe consists of 1 gallon of water, 1 cup of Kosher salt, and 1/2 cup of brown sugar. Then I cooked the chicken to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
