Marinade
Add lemon juice directly to the meat. Message the mixture into the meat.
To season meat, with Chef Merito’s Steak seasoning or your

Marinate meat with rub generously and let sit for about an hour.

Cooking:
Heat up griddle, pan or grill to 400 degrees, this can be done in the kitchen or outside.
The meat cooks fairly fast, roughly about 3-3 1/2 mins per side.

Assemble your burrito with your favorite toppings.
