We have a fancy gas grill, but my wife Nikonya prefers to cook most of our burgers, steaks and chicken on a simple Back Yard brand circular grill from Wal-mart or Lowes Hardware. She likes to cook over standard Kingsford charcoal too. Nothing fancy at all – just excellent chicken and grilled vegetables. I’ve got to be honest – this is still the best way in my book to get really great grilled meat. I love the flavor and simplicity.
