Today I’ll show you how to grill a frozen steak using the Pit Boss Pellet Grill. We will also make a horseradish compound butter to serve with it. That’s right, grilled frozen steak!
This technique is a good choice if you have challenges getting your steak to rare or medium rare. I don’t believe I would use this technique if you are wanting medium-well or well done.
