Ingredients:

2 tbs hoisin sauce
2 tbs honey
2 tbs soy sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
5 fresh garlic cloves
one and a half to two pounds of pork spare ribs.
Allow to marinate for 2 hours, then bake at 350, uncovered, for 50 minutes, making sure to flip half way through and brush with olive oil.
