How to cook spare ribs on the Austin XL pellet smoker first I started off by trimming the ribs is trim was called the Compton Tramp made famous by a Pit Boss from Compton California. after the ribs are trim I rubbed it down with some regular yellow mustard. SPG better known as salt pepper and garlic is a bass season for the ribs. to add a depth of flavor to the ribs I use Pit Boss rib honey BBQ rub. I received the rug from Pit Boss and remember to click #PITBOSSNATION . also I would like to thank #TEAMPITBOSS. the smoker was set at 250 degrees the ribs were placed on a smoker for 3 hours after the third hour I began to spray the ribs down with a non stick butter spray this helps the color of the ribs well as adding butter flavor to the ribs Pier and then cut the smoker down 200 degrees approximately 2 hours. I melted a stick of butter added some blues Hogs Smoky Mountain barbecue sauce what equal parts Sweet Baby Ray’s mix together and glazed the ribs.#PitBoss #PitBossGrills #PitBossNation
