I used a grill basket to cook these potatoes on my charcoal grill. I started them out by parboiling them on my NuWave PIC for about 5 minutes and then transferring them to the grill basket where I put them on direct heat. Then I switched them to indirect heat and cooked them the rest of the way. They were the most delicious potatoes I have ever tasted off of a grill.
