This was not the first time we cooked hamburgers on our Rec Tec 680, but this was the first time we were able to make a video of the cook. Hamburgers on our Rec Tec 680 (pellet grill) are very quick and very easy. It’s something that you can throw together in short notice but really hits the spot with a hungry family. This was a simple hamburger recipe, but definitely a favorite.
Some people don’t think you can cook hot and fast on a pellet grill like steaks, burgers, or hotdogs; I hope this video shows those doubters that hamburgers on a pellet grill can turn out juicy and wonderful!
