There are a lot of ways to cook a Boston Butt, and some are easier than others, but I wanted to give it a whirl on the Weber Performer Charcoal Grill. This grill is probably the most versatile charcoal grill I have ever used and with proper attention to detail, you can cook anything you want on it!
