For years I have been wanting to build a smoker and a pizza oven so this is my first attempt and not to bad at that . I learned a lot so i am now in the process of building another one and this time it will be a kit so anyone who wants can build their own easily .I would like to hear from you on your ideas and if you try any of these techniques out .
