Rostigrill come with:
• One l lb. of natural lump wood coal
• 1 organic charcoal starter
• 100 ct. of bamboo skewers

You only need to ensure your choice of meat, poultry, or fish.
Now let’s watch how Rostigrill works:

Place half of the natural charcoal starter in the center of the Rostigrill, then place 1 lb. of natural lump wood coal for a better, healthier grilling experience on your Rostigrill Mini/ C50, for the Rostigrill Medium/C80, you may use 2 lbs. of coal,
That will let you grill for approximately 1 hour.
The objective here is “not to use any lighter fluid”, the chemicals can impart undesirable flavors to your food.
(You may use your charcoal of choice, just a reminder, read what is in the fuel selection you have made, if it contains; sawdust, wood shavings, coal, glue, lighter fluid and ash whitening, these things chemicals will not enhance the flavor of the food you are preparing or be so good for you.) All natural lump wood coal is recommended for maximum performance and taste.
Now just light the charcoal starter, sit back and relax. In 20 minutes the entire grill will be hot, the coals will be at the perfect braise temperatures for charbroiling your food. With Rostigrill, eliminate excess coal, waste of time, lighter fluid and space.
