In this bbq video, I cook a whole duck on my Weber charcoal grill. I brined this duck first in a gallon of water, with 1 cup of kosher salt, and 1 cup of brown sugar added to it. I let the duck unthaw in the brine overnight and cooked it for about 2 hrs, on a 350 degree grill, rotating it several times and then brushed it with BBQ sauce at the end.
