Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 lb. Ground Pork
1/4 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tsp. seasoned salt or garlic salt
2 tsp of Uncle Chris steak seasoning
2 tsp of Tony Chachere’s seasoning
2 tbl of Worcestershire sauce
4 slices Cheese
4 hamburger buns
4 lettuce leaves
4 slices tomato
Mayonnaise (optional)
Mustard (optional)
Ketchup (optional)

Directions

1 Combine meat, bread crumbs, onion, salt and pepper in medium bowl. Press into 3 to 4 inch round patties. Make them about 3/4 inch thick. Press an indention in the middle of burger for expansion. To check for proper doneness press hamburger when the juices that come out are clear looking hamburgers are done. I always cut one in half to look to make sure there is no pink any where. Place cheese over meat. Serve with mayonnaise, mustard and ketchup, if desired. AND BACON!!!
