A smoker made from parts laying round the shop and a quick trip to the hardware store. The stainless steel cylinder and lid are from one of those large outdoor propane heaters. It was used to cover the propane tank.
I’ve smoked two batches of salmon and a trout. I’m still refining my technique. Controlling the temperature is getting more manageable.
